In my second race ever, The head of The Passaic, the boat I was placed in was the Pride of Pelham Bay. It's a nice boat don't get me wrong but it is kind of old, and there are lighter and faster shells out now. We got 4th place in that race, now you might say that 4th is not that bad and we should be proud to get it which we were, but we would have done even better if we had a newer and faster shell which we can get with your donations.
I know it seems like I am always asking for money, which I probably am, but any donation made will help me and my team get faster and do better in our next race.
You can either donate a fixed amount of money. Or if it's easier you can donate money on a per meter basis(ex: for every 100 meters my team rows you pay $1). Along with Donating you can also help me out by sharing this page on any social media platform that you have.
Please help me raise money for PCRA!!
Thank You for your donations and your support!

Thank you for your support in helping us meet our ambitious annual fundraising goal of $75,000.00 by March 5th. PCRA’s fees cover operating expenses, but our equipment is purchased exclusively through fundraising.
This year we aim to purchase much needed new rowing shells for our club as well as sorely needed spare parts to maintain our existing fleet.
A new racing shell costs between $20,000 and $40,000 depending on the size and manufacturer, and is hand crafted with carbon fiber.
Pelham Community Rowing Association is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and as such your donation is fully tax deductible. We will be happy to furnish receipts for donations.
We expect the average distance erged by our athlete’s team of 3 to be 18,000m during their allotted 90 minutes. Our athletes vary greatly in age, size and experience (12 to 70 years old!) and results will likely range between 18,000m and 24,000m.
